Trekking Permits and TIMS for Nepal
Trekking permit require for all trekkers those who are visiting Nepal’s interior trekking regions, which are not related by highways. Recently in national parks has incised entry fee for trekkers and Conservation Area fees are still same. We process the trekking permits and national park entrances at immigration offices.

Rasuwa District:-Thamun and Tingure                         US$ 10.00 per person/week

Manang District:- Areas of Nar, Phu, and Northern area of Tilche Village of Thochhe Village Development Committee.

                                                             US$ 75 Per Person Per Week for the period of Dec. to Aug

Mugu District:- Areas of Mugu, Dolpu, Pulu and Bhangri.               US$ 90 Per Person for first 7 days

Note: To get a group trekking permit an application form should be submitted through any registered trekking agency of Nepal.

TREKKERS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TIMS)


You might know already about TREKKERS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TIMS), Within Nepal trekking region TIMS Card is necessary to issue and carry it. You can get your TIMS card through Nepal government registered Trekking Agencies, TAAN and Nepal tourism board. Our Agency Provides you Trekkers Information Management System (TIMS) cards in any time even Saturday who agree to utilize our services on their trekking and adventure program. 
Where and how to obtain a TIMS Card?
Free Individual Trekkers:
Free Individual Trekkers can obtain TIMS cards at the offices of Nepal Tourism Board in Kathmandu and Pokhara, TAAN Secretariat at Maligaon and TAAN Pokhara Secretariat in Pokhara upon filling the TIMS application firm.
 
Organized Trekkers:
Trekking companies will collect trekkers’ data and enter it in the central database and will provide trekkers with a TIMS card after paying fee prescribed above.
 
Documents Required:
To obtain TIMS Card you need copy of:
Passport
Two Passport-size Photographs

TIMS will not be required for:
Expedition members permitted to climb the mountains
